Our outreach program may be small for now, but has big goals. For now, we would like to expand our outreach program to the city of Austin. Our ultimate goal is to be able to provide inspiration and excitement about robotics throughout the whole world, or at least the U.S. The ultimate goal of every outreach program is also to provide the means to explore robotics to those who do not necessarily have the financial ability to do so, and to prove to them that buying expensive materials and tools isn't a necessity to participate in robotics.

On Thursday, January 24th, 2019, our outreach program kick started with our organized event at Metz Elementary in East Austin. We started preparing for teaching kids about robotics in November, when a teacher from Metz invited us to host an outreach event at their school. At Stem Night, a pre-existing event that we participated in, we showed kids how to construct mini robots using batteries motors and other simple materials that anyone can find around their house. These are the instructions for building these robots that we used to teach kids:
